The event staging then needs to be carefully and professionally managed to ensure all suppliers are afforded the time to provide their services and to ensure the venue is finished to the standard required, in time to facilitate rehearsals etc.
Finally the day of reckoning comes and the final execution plan is kicked into place with all efforts focussed on the guest experience and ensuring the event is staged managed and nothing is left to chance.
The post event debrief and analysis is always recommended to assist in any future planning and to ensure any issues raised are adequately addressed and dealt with.
