Huawei Annual Football Tournament

We have worked with Huawei for a number of years, across their internal and external events, ranging from staff engagement, media briefings to customer events. 

The Brief: Create, manage, and execute the Huawei annual football tournament for their clients and families and delivery a fun-filled day for participants and spectators. 

Each Summer Huawei host a football tournament and family fun day where they invite their top network clients to play against each other. Families of their guests are also invited to support and enjoy the day. 

Huawei take their football very seriously and CSL organise special pitch markings, referees, tournament officials, coaches and pre -match training. Families of the players are encouraged to come along to support their teams so while the tournament is taking place we have a family fun offering taking place alongside.

 A giant stretch tent housing the bar, DJ and external catering is positioned adjacent to the pitch, and the family fun activities run throughout the day so kiddies are entertained. There is a designated spectator area set up pitchside and an awards ceremony held before an evening BBQ and more drinks and dancing.
