Indeed Summer Party

We work with Indeed throughout the year to deliver various internal and external events and experiential activations. 

The Brief: Create an epic summer bash for Indeed staff and their families, including live music acts, plenty of activation, lots of family fun, and a diverse, plentiful, and interesting catering offering.

Who doesn’t love a great summer party and we have thoroughly enjoyed working on Indeed’s annual Summer Picnics. Each year we theme the event for approx. 2,000+ employees and their families. They are outdoor festival style events set in cool venues such as Malahide Castle West Lawn for the Knights and Dragons party and more recently Dunloaghaire Harbour compound for their Seaside Fest. 

CSL created a detailed event plan and liaised with County Councils, planning authorities, Gardai and local businesses and issue all event planning, Health and Safety documentation.

Zoning the event works well for our client and we create distinct but not exclusive zones that blend into one another but offer different elements. The design of the event is to encourage guests to explore the party and move between the areas. One giant stretch structure and several smaller stretch tents provide the décor, bespoke produced props, bars, music acts and DJs and lounge areas, catering and entertainment are dotted around these.  

We co-ordinated transfers by buses to the venue, manage the registration of guests, arrange a steady stream of live music and rotating DJ’s, jam pack the family fun entertainment with things such as petting zoos, ferris wheels, lots of carnival fun and roaming entertainers. With the company growing exponentially each year the challenge is to do bigger and better each year!
