National Ploughing Championship

Europe’s Largest Outdoor Festival

The Brief: Bring the STHIL brand to life at a large scale outdoor event. Working with STIHL & VIKING to create a stand out structure to showcase and demonstrate products at the National Ploughing Championship, Europe’s Largest outdoor exhibition. 


The exhibition area included a large marquee structure erected with a fully branded façade front wall. In keeping with the brand, a feature entrance using natural timber was erected with a large branded hanging sign. A natural and rustic feel was used to reflect the STIHL brand. The interior of the marquee was transformed, and external demo areas were incorporated to showcase and display their products. 


CSL worked with the team to develop and conceptualise the stand and rolled out build, fabrication, and production working with all suppliers to co-ordinated with organisers to ensure all risk assessments and health and safety measures were met.

Bloom -  Ireland’s Largest Garden Festival

The Brief: create a product demonstration site that showcases the VIKING & STIHL brand at Ireland's largest garden festival. 


A large outdoor exhibition with a marquee and an external product display and demonstration area was created with a large entrance feature dressed in grass to reflect the VIKING brand. A large branded façade wall along the front of the marquee was created to bring the above the line brand campaign assets to life. 


The event was part of an integrated marketing communications campaign managed by our sister agency Gaffney McHugh Advertising, as part of this we ran several radio promotions to communicate their attendance at the event to a national audience. This included a number of promotions across national media.
