A new virtual event from IBEC partnering with The National Association of Principals and Deputy Principals (NAPD), set out to produce an immersive half-day virtual event for all transition years students in Ireland. The event aimed to provide transition year students with an insight into the world of work and to inspire and motivate students for the future of work. The event consisted of 30 interactive expo booths, 15 guest speakers, along with a virtual scavenger hunt to encourage students to explore. Students heard from business leaders, educators, young leaders, entrepreneurs, and futurists with the opportunity to explore various career paths through the industries discovery zone.
